Troubleshooting
Axiom Trade not working?
Most Axiom problems fall into three groups: transactions that fail or land late, the site not loading or logging in, and funds that look stuck. Work through the section that matches your problem.
Transactions failing or slow
Axiom lets you tune four settings that decide whether a Solana trade lands. Axiom’s Solana fees docs explain each one:
| Setting | What it does | When to change it |
|---|---|---|
| Priority fee | Extra payment to validators for faster confirmation. The default is 0.001 SOL. | Raise it when the network is congested. |
| Slippage | The maximum price change you’ll accept before the trade cancels. | Raise it for very volatile tokens; keep it low without MEV protection. |
| MEV protection | When enabled, sends transactions only to Jito to help prevent sandwiching. | Keep it on for safety; it may slightly delay execution. |
| Bribe | An extra incentive for validators. The default is 0.001 SOL. | Raise it for highly competitive launches. |
- “Slippage exceeded”: the price moved too far. Increase slippage slightly, or wait for calmer trading.
- Not enough SOL: keep some SOL for network fees, even when trading USDC.
- Sold into nothing: on very thin pools, a sell can fail or return far less than expected. That’s liquidity, not a bug.
Site not loading or can’t log in
- Make sure you’re on axiom.trade. Lookalike sites can look “broken” when they’re really phishing pages.
- Complete the Cloudflare check, and try without VPNs or aggressive ad blockers.
- Open axiom.trade in a normal browser, not an in-app browser inside X or Telegram.
- Log in with the same method you signed up with: email, Google or Phantom. See Axiom Trade login.
- Check Axiom’s official X account and Discord announcements for outages.
Funds or withdrawals look stuck
Look up the transaction on Solscan. If it’s confirmed, the transfer happened on-chain. If it failed, retry with a higher priority fee. For perps, converting USDC back to Solana takes about 5 minutes according to Axiom’s docs. Full guide: deposits and withdrawals.
Invite code didn’t apply
That’s a separate problem with its own fixes. See Axiom Trade invite code not working.
Getting help from Axiom support
Axiom’s support page says to join its official Discord, verify, and open a private ticket in the “tickets” channel. It also says to disregard direct messages from anyone claiming to be support. Turning off DMs from server members is a good idea.
Troubleshooting FAQ
Why do my Axiom buys keep failing?
Usually slippage is too low for a volatile token, the priority fee is too low for a busy network, or there isn’t enough SOL left for fees.
Is Axiom down right now?
This site can’t see Axiom’s status. Check Axiom’s official X account and Discord announcements, and try a different browser or network.
